Google Antigravity App 2.13.0

Changelog: Introducing new Documents section and several UX enhancements for organization and control

External files such as Google Drive links, PDFs, and Office documents now have their own Documents section in the sidebar. This release also adds a virtualized viewer for large code and data artifacts, an option to hide whitespace-only changes in diffs, and clearer warnings when a configuration file fails to parse.

Improvements(16)

• External files such as Google Drive links, PDFs, and Office documents now appear in their own Documents section in the sidebar above Artifacts.
• Added a "Hide Whitespace Changes" option to the Review Changes overflow menu and file diff viewers to filter out whitespace-only edits.
• Code and data artifacts like SQL and JSONL files now open in a virtualized viewer with syntax highlighting and line numbers, keeping the app responsive when viewing large files and supporting inline comments.
• Commands executed in the sandbox now display a shield badge in the command header that links to sandbox documentation.
• Settings displays clear warnings with file paths and a copy button when configuration or project files fail to parse.
• Closing a side question now minimizes it to a button in the composer toolbar instead of clearing it. Clicking the button restores the panel so you can review previous side questions without retyping /btw, and a new delete button lets you remove questions you no longer need.
• Added a Cancel button and keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C on macOS, Ctrl+D on Linux and Windows) to interactive question prompts, letting you stop the agent and return to the chat input without submitting blank answers.
• Quote or add selected text to chat using Cmd+L or Cmd+I on macOS, or Ctrl+L and Ctrl+I on Windows and Linux. The text selection popup also adjusts button widths to fit shortcut labels.
• Agent scratch files now appear in a dedicated, collapsible Scratch Files section in the side panel rather than mixing into the primary Artifacts list. Turn cards also hide scratch files unless explicitly marked as user-facing.
• Unified sidebar section headers and spacing so row heights, collapse controls, and section gaps are consistent between pinned items and projects.
• Pin, unpin, and rename conversations directly from the command palette when a conversation is open.
• Added an option to archive the active conversation directly from the command palette, and updated archiving to navigate back to the home screen.
• Attached review comments now clear immediately from the input box and diff panes when you send a message, and restore if the message fails to send.
• Toast notifications stay on screen for 8 seconds instead of 5 seconds by default, giving you more time to read multi-line messages and error details.
• Adjusted spacing in the model quota panel and increased its maximum height to eliminate unnecessary scrollbars when viewing quota across multiple models.
• Lowered the volume of the task completion sound to match the action-required notification chime.

Fixes(16)

• Fixed an issue that could cause the conversation view to crash when rendering messages with repetitive unclosed HTML tags.
• Fixed an issue where the model selector could crash if available models failed to load or returned empty groups.
• Fixed an issue where screen readers dropped rapid status updates or missed repeated notifications like clipboard confirmations. Very long announcements are now shortened at a sentence boundary with a spoken notice.
• Fixed an issue where denying a tool permission request (for example an MCP tool call) removed the step from the conversation. Denied steps now stay visible with a Rejected label.
• Fixed an issue where the agent still prompted for permission to read or write artifact files from other projects when file access outside the current project was already allowed.
• Removed the usage panel from the model selector for Enterprise and Business accounts, which do not have per-model quotas.
• Fixed cramped vertical spacing on cards above the chat input, such as queued messages and input notifications.
• Turned off browser and operating system autocorrect, spellcheck, and capitalization in folder path and quick picker inputs so path segments are not changed while typing.
• Fixed an issue where hover cards stayed open after switching windows, moving the cursor outside the window, or dragging items.
• Fixed an issue where chat autoscroll failed to resume when scrolling near the bottom of a response.
• Fixed an issue where quoting chat text containing file links or mentions inserted unwanted line breaks into the quoted text.
• Fixed an issue where the scroll-to-bottom button remained visible when viewing trailing whitespace past the latest message, and resolved tooltip flickering during streaming responses.
• Custom sidebar widths in the auxiliary pane are now remembered instead of resetting when switching conversations.
• Fixed an issue where clicking the copy button on a failed chat turn did nothing instead of copying the error details to the clipboard.
• Fixed an issue where .ico files displayed as raw binary text in the diff viewer instead of rendering as visual image previews.
• Fixed layout alignment and spacing in the auxiliary pane so the top-right controls line up with the file header icons below.
