Google Antigravity App 2.23.0

Changelog: Permissions picker, full-screen media viewer, and .zip attachments

This release adds a permissions picker to the message box, opens images and videos in a full-screen viewer, and lets you attach .zip archives and folders. Onboarding now shows what Antigravity can do instead of asking you to pick a theme.

• You can now choose the agent's permissions preset from a picker in the message box. In a project with its own permissions, choose Use Global Settings to go back to your global preset.
• Images and videos in a conversation now open in a full-screen viewer. You can zoom and pan images, and videos play with skip, volume, playback speed, and keyboard controls, including holding Space for 2x speed.
• Onboarding now shows what Antigravity can do between signing in and accepting the terms, in place of the theme step. The sign-in screens also keep one layout, so nothing shifts while you sign in.
• You can now attach .zip archives to a prompt, and the agent unpacks them with its tools. You can also add a folder to a prompt from the + menu in the message box.
• When an MCP server fails to start, the Customizations page now offers Fix with Agent so the agent can find and install what is missing. MCP server menus also have a Restart option.
• Subagent launches now show as a one-line row with a live status icon, like other agent steps. Select the row to open the subagent.
• The sidebar now shows a needs-attention icon on a conversation when one of its subagents is waiting for your approval, instead of a spinner.
• The Pinned section now has a sort menu, so you can order pinned conversations by last updated or keep your own order. You can also pin or unpin a conversation from its context menu in the sidebar.
• The shortcut to archive the current conversation is now Cmd+Option+A on macOS and Ctrl+Alt+A on Windows and Linux.
• Switching conversations now puts the cursor back in the message box, so you can start typing right away.
• Scrollbars are now thin overlays that appear while you scroll, so they no longer take space from the content beside them.
• Permission prompts for commands that run a program from an installed plugin now show the plugin's name and icon.
• Plugin pages now list a plugin's suggested prompts. On an installed, enabled plugin, selecting one opens a new conversation with the prompt ready to send.
• If a search of your installed plugins finds nothing, you can now repeat the same search in the Marketplace with one button.
• When Antigravity gets a specific reason for an error, such as a model your administrator has not allowed, the error notification now shows it instead of a generic message asking you to try again.
• The macOS installer window has new artwork, with the Antigravity and Applications icons on either side of an arrow.

• Fixed an issue where opening the terminal on Windows did nothing until the app lost and regained focus.
• Fixed an issue where Antigravity sent a notification that the agent had finished after you stopped the agent yourself.
• Fixed an issue where the message box was replaced by an error when all of a conversation's folders were missing. You can now keep typing while a banner warns you about the missing folders.
• Fixed an issue where the conversation stopped following new output after the window resized or an approval request closed.
• Fixed an issue where the AI credit overages setting appeared off after a reload, hiding the credits row until you turned it on again.
• Fixed an issue where restarting an MCP server could leave it stopped.
• Fixed an issue where a custom agent ignored the skills, rules, plugins, and hooks it listed with paths relative to its own folder.
• Fixed an issue where a plugin with a top-level skill did not load the other skills in its skills folder.
