Introduces automatic free port selection for --remote-control, environment controls to suppress logo art for narrow terminals and screen readers, and renderer bypass options.

Added AGY_CLI_DISABLE_ESCAPE_SEQUENCE_OPTIMIZATIONS to bypass the renderer's dirty-rectangle and diffing optimizations.
