Changelog: Status bar settings shortcut, autoOpenFiles and serverPort settings, browser clipboard and CORS fixes, and inline diff lifecycle improvements
Introduces a status bar shortcut for Settings, new configuration options for auto-opening edited files and pinning the server port, and fixes for browser-based VS Code environments, inline diff lifecycles, and duplicate tabs.
Improvements(4)
- Added an Antigravity - Settings status bar item and the Antigravity: Open Antigravity Settings (antigravity.openSettings) command for quick access to extension settings.
- Added the antigravity.autoOpenFiles setting (defaulting to false) to control whether files are automatically opened in the editor when the agent proposes edits.
- Added the antigravity.serverPort setting to allow pinning a fixed port for the background language server in remote and port-forwarded environments.
- Improved startup performance by caching verified CLI binary versions in memory using SHA-256 checksums.
Fixes(7)
- Fixed a spurious "The extension 'google.antigravity' cannot be installed because it was not found" error notification after signing in.
- Fixed paste (Cmd+V / Ctrl+V) and clipboard shortcuts (Cut, Copy, Select All) in browser-based VS Code environments such as GitHub Codespaces and vscode.dev.
- Fixed Private Network Access (PNA) CORS errors and a repeated webview reload loop during startup in remote and browser-based VS Code environments.
- Fixed inline diff lifecycle issues where starting a new chat auto-accepted pending diffs, closing an editor tab reverted changes on disk, and GitLens showed stale blame annotations on newly added lines.
- Fixed a modal "Git: There are no available repositories" error dialog when creating a project or refreshing inline diffs in workspaces without an active Git repository.
- Fixed an issue where opening Settings or artifact files from different UI entry points or split editor groups could spawn duplicate editor tabs.
- Addressed other minor user interface issues.
