Introduces automatic host OS root CA certificate and proxy inheritance for enterprise networks, a refreshed initialization screen, faster startup and Settings loading, and fixes for Git index stability and editor focus.

- Added automatic detection and inheritance of host OS root CA certificates and proxy environment settings (HTTP_PROXY, HTTPS_PROXY, NO_PROXY) for the background server.
- Updated the initialization loading screen with the Antigravity emblem, title typography, and an animated progress bar.
- Improved load times when opening Settings and artifact views by caching local server connection state.

- Fixed a 10-second startup delay and blank screen during initial extension load.
- Fixed an issue where applying inline diff hunks or agent edits could corrupt .git/index in Git repositories.
- Fixed an issue where the chat panel could unexpectedly steal keyboard focus from the active editor or terminal.
- Fixed spurious NotFound error logs in the output channel when switching focus before a conversation is active.
