Introduces faster startup binary verification using cached file metadata, refreshes the Antigravity activity bar and marketplace icons, and fixes inline diff save and tab-close behavior, historical turn diff reviews, and multi-repository Git prompts.

• Fixed manual save (Cmd+S / Ctrl+S) and tab close (Don't Save) behavior in files with active inline diffs to prevent saving raw diff markers or leaving unintended edits on disk.

• Fixed diff view behavior when opening resolved versus unresolved files from the Files Changed sidebar.
