Introduces cumulative multi-turn inline diff reviews and automatic disk-change detection, while improving inline diff restoration across window reloads and conversation rollbacks.

• Preserved open inline diff reviews across consecutive agent turns when antigravity.autoAcceptOnChat is disabled (false), keeping earlier per-change Accept and Reject decisions and manual edits in a cumulative review instead of auto-accepting the previous turn's changes, and surfacing an Open review notification for older background reviews after 5 turns.
• Added automatic disk-change detection for files under inline diff review so external modifications (such as git checkout or external formatters) clear stale inline diff controls within a second and provide Reload from disk and Save agent version actions when the editor has unsaved changes.
• Added 24-hour deduplication to one-click Report issue load-failure notifications for repeated occurrences of the same error, with a Send anyway action to submit an additional report on demand.
• Optimized the packaged extension JavaScript bundle, reducing the VSIX bundle size by ~70% for faster installation and startup.

• Fixed inline diff reviews losing manual user edits made while the agent is generating changes or during an active review, preserving edits across multi-edit turns, Reject all, and Developer: Reload Window, and presenting overlapping line edits as an explicit Accept / Reject review hunk instead of triggering save-conflict dialogs.
• Fixed restoring partly reviewed inline diffs after Developer: Reload Window so identical changes stay separate, accepted insertions restore at the exact line without off-by-one shifts, and whitespace-only edits that already match the file do not reopen an empty review.
• Fixed rolling back a conversation turn so open inline and side-by-side diff reviews in the editor immediately revert to pre-turn file contents, close side-by-side diff tabs, and clear stored review decisions for the rolled-back turn.
• Fixed a startup race condition when restoring secondary Antigravity views (such as an artifact viewer, terminal, or settings tab) alongside the primary chat sidebar that could double-render panels or route notifications to a secondary tab.
• Fixed one-click Report issue diagnostic bundles to redact local file paths, workspace paths, tokens, email addresses, and IP addresses and deduplicate log streams before attachment.
• Fixed PendingMigrationError: navigator is now a global in nodejs deprecation warnings logged in the VS Code Extension Host console during extension startup.
